Uranus to Neptune - Ganymede's Blatherings:

Despite what you might think at first, this isn't the Outer Senshi henshin music in disguise. *g* It's actually a Uranus-and-Neptune theme from the Sailormoon S Music Fantasy CD (not to be confused with the Sailormoon Music Fantasy CD, which the theme "New Wave Heroines" comes from).

This is a *gorgeous* piece of music that's somewhere between "easy jazz" (you know, David Benoit stuff) and tango-ish music. Starting off with a soft, cheesy-yet-fast drum beat, the strings come in next, then Spanish-esque guitars, and later, a piano! The combination is just excellent, and even though the different string parts and guitar parts are a joy to pick out by ear and listen to separately, they also mesh together quite well, and each instrument gets their own "riffs" that add to the whole.

Altogether a finely orchestrated piece of beautiful music, and highly recommended for download.
