why I like him:
I just really love the quality of his voice: the musicality of it and its clarity/smoothness. It's versatile as well, ranging from a deep, "rich"/sexy baritone; to a light, boyish tenor; and to an extremely hilarious, insanely falsetto villain laugh. XD He sings VERY well on a wide voice range, and unlike quite a few seiyuu, he is NEVER flat when singing. On top of that, he plays Tigers Eye (one of my most favorite Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon characters) as well as Nishikiori Issei, one of my favorite characters from one of my two most favorite series, Please Save My Earth. But besides having an amazingly smooth/sexy voice and playing awesome characters, Okiayu is incredibly gorgeous - I'm the only one who thinks so, but he is, damnit! :p *obsessed* x.x

Okiayu is the leader of a five-seiyuu vocal group called E.M.U. (Entertainment Music Unit). The other members of the group are Midorikawa Hikaru, Kanna Nobutoshi, Ishikawa Hideo, and Sakaguchi Daisuke. In any case, this purdy image of Okiayu is from Girl - E.M.U.'s first album.
